This message is going to be a little different from the normal spoilers, tactics and fluff pieces we do but it’s just as important a message to us. We need to apologise for the delay many of you have experienced over the past several months in being able to get new releases on time. In particular, our fans and players in North America have experienced some pretty terrible lag issues. Due to unforeseen circumstances, we have experienced several snags which impacted our delivery times, and without boring you with all the details, we've been caught up in extended custom issues, astronomical growth and demand, as well as adapting to the ever changing reality of Brexit.
Again, to all our supporters; our fans, players, coaches, distributors, and retail partners: we’re sorry. Our team is working tirelessly to ensure our retailers and distributors receive there orders as quickly as possible. And to the Players - please keep in touch with your local retailer for all your gaming needs, they are the lifeblood of out hobby. We know that any delay will come as a disappointment but please understand that the delay has nothing to do with our retailers or distributors and that they are still the best place to meet all your Steamforged Games needs.
Now for some good news! With the unprecedented demand and growth we've experienced in North America over the past 6 months we are pleased to announce that we will be opening a North American HUB which will be fully operational in time for the July new releases. This will help eliminate custom issues and decrease order delivery time!
Once again please accept our apologies for the delay and our promise that the entire team here is working very hard to make sure these things don’t happen again moving forward.
