General FAQ

+ How long will my shipment take to arrive?

You will be sent a confirmation email when your order leaves our shipping hub. Average shipping times very depending on location and delivery carrier used.

Please consult your location below for estimated shipping timelines -

  • UK 2-5 Working days

  • EU 3-5 Working days

  • RoW 5-7 Working days

We can only investigate orders that were dispatched over 20 working days ago.

+ Will I get a tracking number for my shipment?

Depending upon many factors, you may or may not receive a tracking number. If your order has been sent via a tracked service a tracking number and link will be provided within your dispatch email.

+ If I wear out or damage my components during play, can I get them replaced?

We do not replace components that were damaged through normal use, accidents, rough handling or lost due to personal misplacing.

+ Can I buy individual components?

Sorry, we do not sell components separately.

+ Where is my pledge?

All pledges have now been dispatched; some of which are in transit. We’re aware that some pledges have been shipped without notifying you of the tracking number (we are sorry for this inconvenience). We anticipate that all pledges will have arrived with backers by April 29th.

If you made a pledge but believe you may not have completed your pledge manager account fully please get in touch via the enquiry request form.

+ My order has arrived incomplete.

Please submit an enquiry request form and select “damaged/missing component” from enquiry type and detail what you are missing, or what may be missing from your box including name of model and description. We aim to get back to you within 10 working days with a resolution.

+ My order has arrived damaged.

If you have concerns about the quality of any of the models please submit an enquiry request form with a clear, in focus, photograph that evidences your concerns along with the name of the model and a brief description of what your concern is and we will assess this for you.

+ Where are my art prints?

Please check underneath the plastic tray. If your art prints are missing, please submit an enquiry request for an incomplete order.
