In March 2019, we sent an update to all backers to confirm your shipping address by April 24, 2019.
Because your rewards have already shipped, it's now too late to change the address.
If your rewards are returned to the hub we can arrange redelivery, but there may be an extra shipping charge. Please get in touch with our support team to see what we can do.
