An item is missing from my order, what do I do?

Sorry to hear you're missing an item. Before getting in touch with SFG Support, you may want to check the following:

  • Your items could have been sent in separate parcels. It's worth checking your emails to see if you've had separate shipping notifications.
  • The item(s) may have been out of stock. If that's the case, you should have received an email. 
  • The item(s) may have been on preorder, which means they won't be shipped to you until the release date. To find out, check your original order confirmation email.

If something is missing from your order, contact us with your order number and proof of purchase so we can fix it as soon as possible.
