Delivery

Orders containing both pre-order and non-pre-order products will be dispatched on the advertised pre-order release date. The pre-order product will determine the shipping date for the entire order. We are unable to split orders into multiple shipments to avoid this. 

Warmachine Products Only

All Warmachine products are shipped separately to other products on our site. 

If you purchase both Warmachine and other products then the delivery costs will be stacked. 

Warmachine orders can take between 4 - 8 weeks plus shipping time to arrive. This is because we’re currently producing some items to order as we build up our stock levels.

The customer is responsible for any duties and taxes due at the destination.

* Some USA states are excluded from $12.95 delivery and may cost more. The relevant delivery cost will be applied during checkout.

Guild Ball Products Only

All Guild Ball products are shipped separately to other products on our site. 

If you purchase both Guild Ball and other products then the delivery costs will be stacked. 

Guild Ball products can be delivered to other regions outside of our normal delivery regions (listed below).  If you have products in your cart that have a conflicting delivery country then you will not see a delivery option during checkout. In this instance, please remove the non-Guild Ball products in order to continue the checkout process. 

Guild Ball deliveries may be subject to customs and import duties for which the customer will need to be aware of and be willing to pay in order to receive the order.

All Other SFG Products

Orders typically take between 3-5 working days to deliver from our regional distribution centres.

From Our USA Warehouse

Notes

Once you’ve placed an order, it won’t be possible to change the shipping address because our systems are automated with little time available to make changes. Please reorder using the correct address and contact us to cancel the order with the incorrect address.

Checking

When your order arrives, make sure the number of packages matches your delivery confirmation and the package isn’t damaged. Any damage or missing items should be noted on the courier’s delivery documents. 

P.O. Box Delivery

Sadly, we’re not able to deliver to P.O. Box addresses. If an order if placed using a P.O. Box address you may be liable for the delivery return charges.
