Happy Holidays from Steamforged Games
Hey, everyone! Steamforged here with a quick update on festive opening hours and the suspension of European and Rest-of-World shipping.
First of all, if you’re reading this, we hope you have an awesome festive season.
And if you’re not reading this, we hope you have a great festive season, too. Although you have no way of knowing about our well wishes, we’re sending them anyway.
It’s like a ghost hug. You can’t feel it, but you know it’s there.
Festive Opening Hours
Our support desk will be closed for the holidays from December 25, 2020, until January 4, 2021, while the team takes a short break.
(We thought they deserved at least ONE holiday. But don’t worry. We won’t let them get too comfortable.)
If you need to get in touch with support, you can still do that here. Any support requests you send will be logged and answered from January 4.
European / Rest of World Shipping
As you might know, there’s currently a bit of a kerfuffle about international shipping from the United Kingdom (where our head office is based).
For the moment, French border traffic has been paused, which means parcels are being held at the border. Some delivery services have also put a pause on accepting international parcels.
What About My Order?
Any orders to the UK, USA, or Canada will not be affected.
Orders to Europe or the Rest of the World, on the other hand, will be affected and won’t be processed until border traffic resumes.
Right now, we don’t know exactly when that will be. The current pause is expected to last until December 23, but we’re in touch with our parcel delivery services and will let you know if anything changes.
