The Gravediggers aren’t ones for quiet entrances, and today they’ve brought some serious muscle to the front line. Two new war machines have stomped, clanked, and rumbled into service: the Heavy Field Gun and the Assault Strider.
If you like your Cygnaran firepower loud and unsubtle, these beauties will feel right at home in the ranks amongst your Cygnar Gravediggers.
Long guns and loudmouths – the Heavy Field Gun

Parachuting artillery onto a battlefield? Sounds like madness. Unless you’re a Gravedigger – then it’s just Tuesday.
The Cygnar Gravediggers Heavy Field Gun is a beast of a cannon that arrives with Artillery Corps veterans in tow. Give them a flare-marked target and they’ll make sure it doesn’t trouble you again.

Want to make your opponent’s life truly miserable? Add a Heavy Machine Gun Crew from the Gravediggers Core Expansion and layer those threat zones until the enemy doesn’t know where to run.

Waddle of death – the Assault Strider
Steam-fed. Coal-fuelled. All legs and guns. The Cygnar Gravediggers Assault Strider is as subtle as a jackhammer to the skull.

An old Stormsmith Strider given the Gravedigger treatment, this walker swaps voltaic finesse for stubborn, unstoppable reliability. Once it’s lumbered into position, that central turret and those twin machine guns make short work of anything foolish enough to poke its head out.

And if you want to go full spectacle, bring along Captain Connor “Boom Boom” McCoy – a warcaster who rides his own personal Strider into battle and grins while the enemy turns into pink mist around him.
Let’s see them in the mud
Holding the line? Charging the line? The Cygnar Gravediggers Assault Strider & Heavy Field Gun will make the enemy think twice.
When yours are built, painted, and looking mean, show them off in the Warmachine Discord or tag #paintmachine and #warmachine on Facebook, Instagram, or Bluesky.
Because it’s not a proper Gravedigger deployment until what’s left of the enemy is a pair of smouldering boots
