As Warmachine products are often produced to order, these fall outside of our usual shipping guidelines of 3-5 working days and additional time should be allowed for these orders to arrive - please let us know if you have waited more than 28 days for an in-stock item.

If you purchase both Guild Ball and other products then the delivery costs will be stacked.
Guild Ball products can be delivered to other regions outside of our normal delivery regions (listed below). If you have products in your cart that have a conflicting delivery country then you will not see a delivery option during checkout. In this instance, please remove the non-Guild Ball products in order to continue the checkout process.
Guild Ball deliveries may be subject to customs and import duties for which the customer will need to be aware of and be willing to pay in order to receive the order.

Checking
When your order arrives, make sure the number of packages matches your delivery confirmation and the package isn’t damaged. Any damage or missing items should be noted on the courier’s delivery documents.
P.O. Box Delivery
Sadly, we’re not able to deliver to P.O. Box addresses. If an order if placed using a P.O. Box address you may be liable for the delivery return charges.
