Rise the Ashen Phoenix
Deep in the shadows of Dusk House Kallyss, Imperatus, Ashen Phoenix is re-emerging next week to make a glorious return to battle.
Once a noble guardian of Ios, Imperatus has been reforged into a destructive eldritch super heavy warjack. Thermal blades, shoulder-mounted missile pods, and a rebuilt Phoenix Protocol engine make this 80mm super heavy warjack a formidable weapon for House Kallyss.
Imperatus engages Phoenix Protocols on May 5. Get full rules for Imperatus on the Warmachine App. If you’re ready to bring a legend back from the ashes, now’s the time to prepare your army list.
Calling all community champions
Press Gangers, your time is nigh. A brand new points system is just around the corner, and coming to reward you for rallying your local Warmachine community.
Run events through Longshanks, earn points, and redeem them for special rewards. There’s more to come too, including support for additional event types.

Warmachine 3D — Harpoons and hellfire incoming
Your Warmachine 3D subscription this May is charging in tusks-first.
The Farrow Chainbelchers are leading the way, bringing a new Thornfall Alliance unit of mechanically augmented cavalry boars armed with harpoons and Mechano Fists. Yes, that’s every bit as dangerous as it sounds.
You too can put their reckless danger into play, check out how Warmachine Loremaster Sherwin pits his pigs onto the battlefield in the latest tactica.
May’s Warmachine 3D collection also brings Infernal defences and objective markers to taint your tabletop with hellish menace, plus the crystalline Khymaera Shadowflame Shard Terrain Set for players looking to turn their battlefields into glittering obsidian lairs.
Want more? Don’t forget, if you’re a subscriber, you get 50% off STLs in the Warmachine 3D store on MyMiniFactory.
Still not subscribed? Don’t miss out. Subscribe to Warmachine 3D and claim the April collection before it retreats to the vault on midnight April 30, 23:59 BST.
Trencher threads never looked so good — MiniCrate
May’s MiniCrate is here, and sees the esteemed Cygnar gunslinger Allister Caine don the trencher fatigues and gunmage beret in a fashionable new gravedigger variant.
Playable in both Cygnar Storm Legion and Gravediggers, if you want Caine leading your games, make sure you’re subscribed between April 28 and midnight on May 27. You’ll secure this sculpt for shipping in late June and continue to receive a fresh, exclusive miniature every month.
Until next week
That’s all for this week, commanders. Imperatus is almost ready to rise, the Press Gangers are ready to rally, Caine’s found himself a beret, and Warmachine 3D is going from April’s fortresses to May’s harpoon-hurling hogs.
Get stuck in and join the Warmachine community. Let us know what you’re most excited for and don’t forget to tag your posts with #warmachine and #paintmachine.
