Yes indeed, welcome to this third book in the DARK SOULS: The Roleplaying Game range. It is an unusual compendium, in many ways, but it’s been created by listening to you: the players. What did you want that wasn’t already in the corebook?

How to create adventures–a guide to creating exciting adventures, and authentically dangerous encounters, along with fully worked out examples.
Ready to play adventures–two extensive, multi-session adventures, each offering authentic DARK SOULS adventures in original settings and terrifying new secrets to uncover about the world you inhabit.
In essence, if the corebook is designed to give you the rules for playing DARK SOULS on your tabletop, and the Tome of Strange Beings is designed to give you loads of things to fight, this book is about providing you with reasons to put those two things together so you can get to running games!
The title of this book is derived, of course, from Solaire of Astora. As he extends the offer of friendship and assistance to you in the video game, we’re doing so here. We want to make your games of DARK SOULS: The Roleplaying Game as much fun as we can, and hopefully the contents of this book should help with that.
