Quick Guide for Indiegogo Backers | Street Masters: Champion Edition
Hey, fighter! Backed the Blacklist Indiegogo campaign? Wondering what the options are for getting your outstanding Tide of the Dragon rewards, and what you need to do to get them? You’re in the right place.
Before we dive in, it’s important to note that you don’t have to back Street Masters: Champion Edition to get your outstanding rewards. That’s just one of two options.
One last thing: This quick guide is a streamlined version of the updates we’ve already posted on the Indiegogo page. If you’d like more detailed information, please go and check those out.
Option A — Pledge for Street Masters: Champion Edition
If you choose to back the Street Masters: Champion Edition Kickstarter, at any pledge level, we’ll be able to ship your Indiegogo pledge to you for free.
All you need to do is back the Kickstarter*, at any pledge level. Then, in April, we’ll open a special pledge manager that’s just for Indiegogo fulfillment, to collect your latest shipping address. This pledge manager will be separate to the Street Masters: Champion Edition pledge manager, which will open later.
Important note: This does mean if you back the Street Masters: Champion Edition Kickstarter and complete this pledge manager for free shipping of your Indiegogo pledge, it won’t then be possible for you to cancel and refund your Street Masters: Champion Edition pledge.
You won’t need to wait for your Champion Edition pledge to get your Indiegogo rewards. Once this special pledge manager closes at the end of April, we’ll start shipping inventory to our regional shipping hubs, and from there it will be shipped to you. Our current best estimate is that you should receive your Indiegogo pledges in Q3 of this year.
So we can connect your Indiegogo and Kickstarter pledges, make sure you’re either a) using the same email address on both accounts, or b) fill in this form to request an email address change on your Indiegogo pledge. If you do request a change, make sure it’s changed to the same email address you’ll be using on Kickstarter.
*Even if you can’t pledge while the campaign is live, there will be a second chance to pledge. Soon after the Kickstarter ends, we’ll make late pledges available until near the end of March.
Option B — Just Get Your Indiegogo Rewards
You don’t have to back the Kickstarter to get your rewards. If you choose not to, you can still get your Indiegogo rewards with a contribution toward shipping costs.
After the Kickstarter ends, we’ll open a special pledge manager that’s just for Indiegogo fulfillment, to collect your latest shipping address and the contribution. This pledge manager will be separate to the Street Masters: Champion Edition pledge manager, which will open later.
Once this special pledge manager closes at the end of April, we’ll start shipping inventory to our regional shipping hubs, and from there it will be shipped to you. Our current best estimate is that you should receive your Indiegogo pledges in Q3 of this year.
Aftershock Backers
We got a list of outstanding replacement part requests from Blacklist for the Aftershock Kickstarter. If you’re one of the affected backers, you should already have had an email from us. If that’s you, you have the same two options as the Indiegogo backers that are described above.
Summary
We kept this guide short for those who want a quick summary of the options. If you still have questions, make sure you check out the Indiegogo updates which go into more detail. You can also find us in the Kickstarter comments.
