New lore – Saga: Wrath of Caine Part 3

The latest chapter of Wrath of Caine is now live in the Warmachine app!
As enemy forces close in, Caine and his Hellslingers find themselves in the fight of their lives — with Cynthia Rosko caught in the storm.
“Behind her streaking rocket, the Hellslingers erupted. It was a firing line like no other, with thunderous streaks of spectral red, green and blue that tore into the advancing flyers with arcane fury and dazzling pyrotechnics. Their opening volley proved as timely as it was lethal, as the kidnapped Gravedigger found himself quickly dropped to safety. Around him, his fellow soldiers cheered at the save and rose up from their cover, returning fire with a vengeance.”
This one’s a real page-turner — and you can read the full story right now exclusively with a Warmachine App subscription.

Hive Mind Cadre — Criterions breakout now available for pre-order
What’s better than a unit of Criterions marching in eerie, synaptic precision? Two of them, obviously.
Thanks to their freshly updated field allowance, you can now field a second unit of these damage-hungry drudges — and that’s exactly what this new breakout box lets you do. Why settle for one batch of melee maniacs when you can double your chances of triggering Battle-Driven and watch your opponent’s front line buckle under the pressure?
They hit harder when they’re hurt, shake off wounds like it’s nothing, and come swinging with a pair of POW 14 meat-cleavers each. They’re relentless, reeling from hits one moment and carving through armour the next — exactly the kind of drudges you want dragging themselves back up for round two.
More wounds, more carnage, more Criterions.

Old Umbrey draws near
Soon we unveil the full lineup for the Command Starter and Battlegroup Box for Khador Old Umbrey. Expect deep lore, glorious models, and free rules in the app.
Umbreans aren't just your average militia. They are relics of a wilder past, awakened by Zevanna Agha to fight for a crumbling empire. Their strength doesn’t come from battalions or war factories — it comes from the land itself.
Where the Storm Legion harnesses lightning and Cygnar’s warjacks pulse with galvanic energy Old Umbrey unleashes druids that call thorns to life, warlocks possessed by the wild, and warriors who fight like beasts let off the chain. This is nature’s vengeance made manifest — unpredictable, unrelenting, and unlike anything else on the battlefield.

Cygnar’s finest are flying off the shelves — literally

We released Cryx Necrofactorium right as we took over Warmachine, and the response was immense. It’s testament to how much the game is growing that the Cygnar Gravediggers release has been even bigger — so much so that we’ve blown through our manufacturing capacity and are currently catching up.
The Gravediggers Command Starter and Battlegroup Box are out of stock at the moment, so there’ll be a short wait to get them if you order now (3-5 weeks manufacturing plus shipping time). We’re cranking gears as fast as we can to get them out the door.
Meanwhile, the Gravediggers Auxiliary Expansion is all set to release tomorrow (May 22) in the US and Europe. There will be a short wait in the UK while stock arrives ready for orders to ship next week. We’ve reached out to anyone affected. If you’ve got questions, you can reach our support team here.
On a related note, many of you fed back that it was tough to tell what’s in stock and what’s not for Warmachine. Our production is fast, but you lot are faster! We’ve now updated the website to make things more clear, so you can easily tell what’s ready to ‘buy now’ and what’s being produced based on orders.
TOP TIPS:
-
Make sure you pre-order to get your items as soon as they release! Whether it’s direct from us, or from your local gaming store, pre-ordering helps us gauge demand and make sure we’re producing enough models to get everyone their Warmachine fix.
-
That includes ‘Made to Order’ items. Don’t wait for things to be in stock — Warmachine has a lot of SKUs and we’re building up stock based on demand, so ordering ahead is the best way to get what you want.
