Who let the hogs out!? The Thornfall Alliance are here in droves, and today they’re ready to get stuck into the battlefield mud.

The farrow charge back onto tabletops across the Iron Kingdoms as the Thornfall Alliance Command Starter, War Hog, Road Hog, and Thornfall Alliance Defenses Set snuffle their way into all-out war.

We’ve got a pig-pen full of farrow physical releases out today! Keep your pigs' ears out for tactical tips and tricks from loremaster Sherwin Matthews coming very soon to help your trotters jaunt merrily onto the battlefield as you let slip the hogs of war.

If you’ve been waiting for this Army of Legend to return, now’s the time to go whole hog.

This little piggy went to war

The Thornfall Alliance isn’t simply a horde. They’re the closest thing the farrow have ever had to a nation.

Forged under the brutal leadership of Lord Carver, rival tribes of farrow swinefolk were forced into an uneasy alliance built on strength, survival, and the promise of conquest. What followed was the birth of a ruthless empire of tusks, scrap, and steam-powered brutality.

On the battlefield, the farrow bring savage warbeasts, brutal infantry, and the twisted creations of the infamous Dr. Arkadius. It’s a fighting force where raw aggression meets cruel ingenuity, and nothing — absolutely nothing — goes to waste.

Straight from the sty

The Thornfall Alliance Command Starter is the perfect place to begin your hegemony of hogs. At the heart of this ready-to-play 30-point force is Midas, a potent bone grinder turned warlock. He’s climbed from outcast to a cult leader within Carver’s inner circle, and he did it by treating every fresh kill like a lesson, a resource, and sometimes dinner.

Backing him up is a truly fearsome collection of allies:

  • Lytiersis, a monstrous two-headed biboar bound by bone-grinder magic

  • Targ, the battlefield assistant with an alarming talent as a sawbones

  • Packs of vicious Razor Boars, eager to gore anything in their path

  • Bone Grinders, part necromancer, part butcher, eager to harvest grisly trophies

Furious and ready to gore anyone who impedes their way, this force is built around ruthless efficiency, savage warbeasts, and the Thornfall’s unrelenting will to survive.

Boar to be wild

The War Hog is one of Arkadius’ brutal original creations: a great hog pushed past nature’s limits with growth chemicals, vicious surgery, and mechanikal replacements, then driven by steam power and an implanted dial that cranks its aggression into overdrive. Aggression transforms a War Hog into a shockingly proficient melee combatant, its raw violence so intense that it tears through its own stitching.

Fast food. Hog roast.

Did you just catch a whiff of bacon? Armed with a mighty flamethrower and mechano-claw, The Road Hog takes that same grim blueprint as the War Hog and leans into speed.

Built leaner and fitted with mechanikal legs designed for sudden bursts of acceleration, it’s made to surge ahead and tear apart dug-in positions. Arkadius didn’t just want a hog that could fight. He wanted one that could strike first, strike hard, and with no mercy.

Home is where the hog is

Want your table to feel like it’s right on the edge of Farrow territory? The Thornfall Alliance Defences Set is the perfect way to bring Farrow's palisades to your games, whether you’re fortifying a raiding camp or setting the scene for a desperate last stand.

Who let the hogs out

Will you be tearing flesh from bone with the Thornfall’s savage warbeasts? Or will you be raising your boars from the brink of death and casting curses once more?

Whether you’re starting a new army with the Command Starter or expanding your force with War Hog, Road Hog, and the Defenses Set, the Thornfall Alliance are ready to charge back into battle. And this time they’re going whole hog.

These piggies are here to make you squeal. It’s time to see what they’ll tear apart next.
