The Gravediggers aren’t known for their subtlety. This time, they’re deploying two battlefield machines that bring serious weight to your Cygnaran arsenal. The Heavy Field Gun and Assault Strider are now available for pre-order, each sold separately.
Whether you want to soften up the line or plant a mobile fortress on it, these kits fulfill all your heavy machinery needs.
Waddle of death – the Assault Strider

Steam-fed. Coal-fuelled. Four-legged and bristling with guns. The Assault Strider isn’t fast, but it’s never late to the fight.
Based on the Stormsmith Storm Strider and reimagined for Gravedigger service, this walker trades voltaic elegance for stubborn reliability. Airdropped with the rest of the force, it takes a few hours to fuel and fire up. But once it’s rolling, the Strider’s central turret cannon and dual machine guns offer brutal mobile support — or serve as a watchful sentry, keeping enemy advances in check.

If you want a Gravediggers army chock-full of heavy metal, pair it with Captain Connor “Boom Boom” McCoy, a beloved apotheosis warcaster who takes to battle atop his personal Strider and delivers explosive results with a grin.

“Paint it and it dies” – the Heavy Field Gun

Dropping artillery from a skyship might sound like a disaster waiting to happen. Unless you’re in the Gravediggers, in which case it sounds like standard protocol.
Delivered with a crew of three Artillery Corps engineers, the Heavy Field Gun is deployed before the main force hits the ground. It takes time to set up, but once it’s locked in and sighted, this thing becomes a long-range nightmare. If a target’s been marked with a flare, the gun can hit it. And if it can hit it—it will.

For even more battlefield control, consider adding the Gravediggers Core Expansion. It includes a Heavy Machine Gun Crew solo, perfect for overlapping threat zones and reinforcing your backline.

It’s not official until someone’s left smoking boots where a squad used to be.
