Hellraker rises: colossal terror, trencher guns, and a new face for Dusk
Cryx have something monstrous writhing its way to the battlefield. The Cygnar Gravediggers are wheeling out the big guns, and Dusk’s Narcissar of Ruin is striking a dramatic new pose. Here’s what’s making waves (or earthquakes) this week.
Today’s TL;DR
-
Cryx Hellraker colossal — The ground-shaking worm-machine lurches into view. Pre-orders open August 21.
-
Cygnar Gravediggers reinforcements — The Assault Strider and Heavy Field Gun bring serious boom to the battlefield.
-
New MiniCrate — Hazaroth, Narcissar of Ios, reimagined in an exclusive alternative sculpt.
-
Warmachine 3D subscription — Last chance to grab August’s Warmachine 3D collection
The earth trembles as the Hellraker awakens
Cryx doesn’t do subtle. Their answer to the arms race? A colossal that looks like an iron-bored worm from your worst nightmares. The Hellraker colossal tunnels beneath the battlefield, only to erupt in storms of steel and necrotite that leave nothing standing.
Pre-orders open tomorrow, August 21. Today, though, we’re keeping things deliciously cruel with a first look at what’s slithering your way. The full rules for the Cryx Hellraker will be revealed next week, so you will not have long to wait before seeing exactly how it reshapes the battlefield.
If you’re sharpening your scythes for this release, the Cryx Necrofactorium Auxiliary Expansion is the perfect way to expand your army before the Hellraker hits the table.
A new face for the Narcissar of Ruin
September's MiniCrate exclusive gives a dark new look to one of Dusk’s most infamous warcasters. The alternative sculpt of Hazaroth, Narcissar of Ios reimagines him with all the menace and grandeur you’d expect from House Kallyss.
Available only through MiniCrate, this limited-edition model is a must-have for Dusk collectors — and an eye-catching leader if you already field the Dusk House Kallyss Core Expansion.
Subscribe to MiniCrate between August 28 – September 28 to claim Hazaroth for your collection when he ships in late October.
Heavy metal rolls in for the Gravediggers

Cygnar’s Gravediggers have just welcomed some serious reinforcements. The Assault Strider stalks across no man’s land like a steel giant, while the Heavy Field Gun lays down armour-busting barrages to keep enemy heavies honest.
These two new additions to the Gravediggers arsenal proved to be so incredibly popular that they sold out very quickly but they will be available to order again soon. We’re just working with the bodgers behind-the-scenes on when that will be.
As these are direct items, when they become available to order again they will be made to order (4-8 weeks). To find out when they’re available again, and stay up-to-date on Warmachine, sign up to the newsletter.
If you missed the blog yesterday on these valiant machines, you can catch up here.
Want more marching metal for your army? The Cygnar Gravediggers Armored Airdrop is packed with Warjacks; perfect for your next tour of duty.
